Weekly Associate Totals Report

1. Open Focus

2. Click the "Reports" box.


3. Click the "Weekly Assoc Total" report.


4. Change the dates if necessary (you can quickly switch to the previous period by clicking on the words "Start Date"). Change the Destination to "Screen" and the Payroll File Format to "Report" then click "OK" to run the report. 


5. Once the report is open, click on the Adobe icon along the top (that is the save icon) and save the report to your personal folder/drive. Open the file from your saved location (it should open using Adobe Acrobat which allows you to use the 'Ctrl + F' command to search for what/who you are looking for.)
